overview
The 2000 type NOX analyzer uses chemiluminescence analysis technology to simultaneously measure NO/NOX/NO2, and optional paramagnetic oxygen unit to measure O2. It is widely used in online continuous emission CEMS monitoring, SCR catalytic reduction NOx monitoring, chemical process monitoring, automotive exhaust monitoring and other fields. The 2000 type chemiluminescence NOx analyzer complies with the requirements of 40 CFR Part 60&75 and PADEP in the United States.

measuring principle
The 2000 type chemiluminescence NOx analyzer uses certified chemiluminescence technology to measure NO/NOx. In NO mode, NO2 and O2 are generated through the reaction of NO and ozone, and they emit light simultaneously. The intensity of the chemiluminescence generated by the reaction is proportional to the concentration of NO. The photomultiplier tube is used to convert this light energy into an electrical signal, ultimately obtaining the concentration of NO.
In NOx mode, the sample gas first enters the NO2 converter, and the NOx in the sample gas includes NO and NO2. Among them, NO2 is converted into NO through the converter, and all NO is reacted and detected to output a direct current proportional to NOx, ultimately obtaining the concentration of NOx.
